Cab Cakes

A plate of golden brown cab cakes.

Total Time: 40 min

Yields: About 24 patties

These 'Cab Cakes' offer a unique and flavorful vegetarian alternative to traditional crab cakes. The recipe uses finely chopped cabbage, mixed with a blend of seasonings, and fried until crispy. They are perfect as an appetizer or a light main course, especially when served with a side of cocktail sauce.
