  1. Prepare the Vegetables
    • Cut 1 medium cabbage into quarters.
    • Add the cabbage, 6 mini sweet red peppers, and 6 medium green scallions to a food processor.
    • Process in batches until roughly chopped into dime-sized chunks.
  2. Mix the Ingredients
    • Transfer the chopped vegetables to a large mixing bowl.
    • Add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard, 1/3 cup mayo, 2 teaspoons parsley, and 1 cup breadcrumbs.
    • Mix well.
  3. Form the Patties
    • Use a 1/4 cup measuring spoon to create patties from the mixture, making about 24 patties.
  4. Cook the Patties
    • Preheat a mild-tasting oil to 375°F (190°C).
    • Cook the patties two at a time, ensuring they are fully covered in oil, for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
    • Remove and place on a dry towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Serve
    • Serve the cab cakes with cocktail sauce. Enjoy!
